At Earthie By Nature, every product is handcrafted with care in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and love in every bottle. Because of the nature of our skincare items and our commitment to hygiene and safety, please review our updated policies below:
1. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel your order, please email us at Support@EarthieByNature.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number. Once the order has entered processing, we may be unable to cancel it.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal use nature of our products and for sanitary reasons we do not accept returns of opened or used products. A product is considered opened if the tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed.
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at Support@EarthieByNature.com within 7 days of delivery. Unopened products with the tamper-evident seal intact may be eligible for a return and refund. All requests are reviewed on a case by case basis and must be approvved before items are sent back.
Please note that personal scent preference does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit once the tamper-evident seal has been broken or removed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect product was received. Approved refunds are issued for the product purchase only. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at Support@EarthieByNature.com within 3 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:
-Your order number
-A brief description of the issue
-A photo of the item(s) in question
We'll review your request and if approved, provide a replacement or refund for the affected item. If your order was damaged during transit, a broken or missing tamper-evident seal will not automatically disqualify your claim.
We appreciate your support and the trust you place in Earthie By Nature. Our goal is to make sure your order arrives as expected and that any eligible issues are handled with care.
*** Earthie By Nature is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Refunds and replacement are not provided for packages marked as delivered.
