At Earthie By Nature, every product is handcrafted with care in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and love in every bottle. Because of the nature of our skincare items and our commitment to hygiene and safety, please review our updated policies below:

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel your order, please email us at Support@EarthieByNature.com within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number. Once the order has entered processing, we may be unable to cancel it.

2. Returns & Refunds

Due to the artisanal, small-batch nature of our products and for strict sanitary safety, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any opened, unopened, or used products. Please note that personal scent preference or changing your mind does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

We encourage you to review your scent selections carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take immense care in hand-pouring and securely packaging your order. However, if your item arrives physically damaged during transit or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us at Support@EarthieByNature.com within 3 days of delivery.

To expedite your replacement request, please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item

Once our team reviews and verifies the photographic evidence, we will gladly issue a replacement or a product credit for the affected item at no additional cost to you.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer: Earthie By Nature is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. Refunds, credits, and replacements will not be issued for packages officially marked as delivered by the carrier
